Don't Frack the Hoback Wild and Scenic Film Festival |
|
Join us for Don't Frack the Hoback Wild and Scenic Film Festivall -- an evening of great entertainment, good friends, and community action to protect our water and wildlife from dangerous fracking. Just 35 miles from Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park lies the Upper Hoback Basin, a spectacular and wild landscape. But if Houston-based, Plains Exploration & Production Company (PXP) has it's way, this rugged section of the Wyoming range will be bulldozed and turned into an industrial natural gas field. The film festival includes something for everyone -- a variety of films that will inspire you, door prizes, refreshments, and good company. Tickets are $5 and available at the Center for the Arts box office. Join your friends and neighbors and learn about how we can protect the Upper Hoback Basin -- and have fun doing it!
