PLEASE READ COMPLETELY BEFORE ORDERING YOUR TICKET(S)

The Club’s National Awards Banquet will be held on the evening of September 20, 2008, at Hotel 480 [480 Sutter St., San Francisco]. (map)

In open bar will begin at 6 PM, with dinner served at 7 PM.
Some 20 awards will be presented, and there will be additional entertainment.

The dinner menu:

    Fall Salad - Poached Pears & Maytag Blue Cheese Served on a Bed of Arugula topped with Champagne Vinaigrette.

    Choice of Three Entrées:
    1. Chicken Valencia Crowned With Sun Dried Tomato Served With Spanish Rice and Sauteed vegetables
    2. Vegetarian Portabello Mushroom Platter-Grilled Eggplant, Zucchini, Fennel, Portabello Mushrooms, Onions and Rosted Bell Pepper Served With rice Pilaf
    3. Vegetarian Lasagna

    Dessert- Kahlua Cheesecake

    Fresh rolls and butter, coffee/tea

Please check with your friends/family what entrée each prefers from the above menu before ordering tickets.  All banquet attendees must choose the entree of your choice, and those for whom you may be purchasing tickets, when you click the "buy tickets" button below. 

Ticket categories:

Awardees have 1 gratis ticket each, and must order the ticket using the provided department ID (#5 on the next page) and entrée choice.  Additional tickets for guests are $48 each, and you must select their entrée(s) at time of purchase.  (Gratis ticket orders are verified by name.)

Attending staff must order their one ticket by entering their Department ID and entrée choice for themselves, and can purchase additional tickets and order their guest’s entree at $48 each.  

All other Awards Banquet tickets are $48 each. 

Payment:

Awardees and Staff should enter your department ID into #5 on the next page, and provide payment information for guests on the payment page.  1 ticket per awardee or staff person only.

Credit card payment is preferred (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).  You will receive a verification email.  Credit Card payment locks your ticket at the time of purchase. 

If you prefer to send a check for payment, your ticket will be reserved at the time of receipt of your check.  Please do not use the form on the next page, instead, you should make your check payable to Sierra Club, and mail it, the names of your guests and their entrée choices to:

All tickets purchased, either via the website or by mail, will be picked up the night of the Awards Banquet at will call.
