Coal Country at the Hollywood Theatre


a dramatic look at modern coal mining. Here in Oregon, we get our coal through a form of mining called "strip mining" in the Powder River Basin in Montana and Wyoming. Oregon's coal plant, PGE's Boardman plant, burns 300 tons of coal every single hour.
