Western Regional Advocacy Training on Population and the EnvironmentSan Francisco
This June, the Sierra Club Global Population and Environment Program in collaboration with the International Women's Health Coalition will be hosting an advocacy training in San Francisco, CA. On June 12th and 13th, environmentalists and reproductive health advocates will gather to learn about population, consumption, climate change, and reproductive justice issues of local and global significance.

Attendees will also receive training in leadership and advocacy skills, including practical tips on how to mobilize communities and influence decision makers when advocating for these important intersectional issues. Transportation, lodging, and food will be covered for all participants outside the Bay Area. Transportation and food will be covered for Bay Area participants.

Interested youth and adults from all backgrounds and levels of experience are encouraged to apply. Please return the application to Kim Lovell at by May 14th, 2010 at 12pm PST.
