1) September 14th, Primary Day!

Primary season ends tomorrow, and I hope you can find the time to vote. The Chapter has endorsed candidates in local elections that you should consider supporting if they are running in your district. On the Senate side, there are: Paiva-Weed, Bates, DiPalma, Miller, Levesque, Perry, and Pichardo. On the House side: D. Caprio, Fox, Martin, Pacheco, Handy, M. Rice, A. Rice, Diaz, Gallison, and David Bennett. If you are unsure of where your polling place is, you can find out at the Secretary of State's website.

2) Resource Depletion Visualized |
I found this great visualization of global resource depletion, from oil to water to biodiversity, that was put together by Scientific American, and it was too good not to share. It's a great educational tool that I hope you can use and pass along.
