Unfortunately, Congressman David McKinley (R-WV) just introduced the Recycling Coal Combustion Residuals Accessibility Act of 2011 (H.R. 1391), which would handcuff EPA’s ability to move forward with strong coal ash disposal safeguards for our communities.
Tell Congress to support EPA and oppose the Recycling Coal Combustion Residuals Accessibility Act.
