Get Involved: Moving Planet
Moving Planet is a global day of action on September 24, 2011, that the Sierra Club is sponsoring with 350.org and others. The theme is "a day to move beyond fossil fuels," and we'll get people moving, literally and symbolically, to confront fossil fuels and address climate change. On September 24th, people will "take to the streets on bicycles, skateboards, foot, and more, coming together as a global community dedicated to moving our planet in a new direction."
