Tell the EPA to say yes to clean cars!
California's Advanced Clean Cars program is vital for slashing pollution and protecting clean air, and many other states follow its lead. According to the California Air Resources Board, "New automobiles will emit 34 percent fewer global warming gases and 75 percent fewer smog-forming emissions." The program will also save consumers thousands of dollars in fuel costs over the life of the car. But before these strong rules can take effect, California needs permission from the Environmental Protection Agency.
