The Largest Climate Rally in U.S. History
Three busloads of Connecticut Sierra members and fellow activists joined over 40,000 others from around the country in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, February 17 for the largest climate rally in U.S. history. We are holding President Obama to his inaugural word about taking action on climate change.
The movement towards a clean energy future and away from the Keystone XL pipeline is growing. In November 2011 we circled the White House with 15,000 people. They said we would never get even 10,000 to come out on a cold day in Washington DC and they were wrong! [Read more]

June 1 - Join members of the Bolton Conservation Commission and meet nationally known arborist Matt “Twig” Largess for a two-mile Tree Walk through town-owned Freja Park along the Hop River State Park Trail to Bolton Notch State Park to the Squaw's Cave. [Read more]
