Take the Coal Cost Connection Survey

The Rhode Island Chapter of the Sierra Club is working with the national Beyond Coal campaign to move New England entirely off the dirtiest fossil fuel. Demonstrating the public health impacts of the toxic emissions from coal plants is one of the main reasons the Sierra Club has been so successful in closing dirty plants. Please take a few moments to fill out the following survey to help inform and guide us in our advocacy.

Question - Required - Do you suffer from asthma, emphysema, and/or chronic bronchitis?

Question - Required - Given the incidence of these ailments in your family, circle of friends, and acquaintances who live nearby to you, rank how big the community health impact is on the following 5 point scale
