Public Hearings

The EPA will hold five public hearings to listen to feedback from local communites. It is critical that we turn out in force at these hearings to show that Americans will not allow coal companies to continue putting their profits before our health.

Testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per person, and advance registration is requested for anyone who is planning to submit oral testimony. Written testimony will also be accepted during the public hearings.
