This information is only relevant to Sierra Club staff and Chapter Leaders.

For any Sierra Club staff or chapter leaders organizing a bus, please be aware of the following critical information regarding bus liability and insurance:

1. You must get the Concessionaire's Agreement form signed by the bus company (and you!). This form includes the certificate of insurance information.


2. Every passenger riding on the bus must sign the Sierra Club Outings Waiver Form. This form can also serve a dual purpose as a sign in sheet -- so long as everyone reads it!


3. If you are travelling with unaccompanied minors, you need the Minor Waiver and Parental Medical Authorization forms signed ahead of time.
