Protect the Ozark National Scenic Riverways -- Sign The Petition!
Sign the petition below and show your support for the protection of the Ozark National Scenic Riverways.

Dear National Park Service:
The Current and Jack's Fork Rivers, which constitute the Ozark
National Scenic Riverways, are true jewels of the Missouri outdoors.
The
National Park Service is currently developing a General Management Plan
to guide its work in the Scenic Riverways for the next 20 years.
I
support the Sierra Club's campaign for a strong management plan that
protects and preserves these rivers, both for today and for future
generations.
Specifically, I want the Park Service to adopt a plan that:
- Removes illegal and unauthorized roads that allow excessive vehicle traffic.
- Ends the e. coli contamination in the Jack's Fork River that is caused by excessive horse traffic in the river.
- Enforces scenic easements to stop construction of more buildings along the rivers.
