Protect Communities from Toxic Coal Ash at the Denver Hearing!

Thanks for being part of the diverse movement to protect communities from toxic coal ash and hold polluters accountable. Many Rocky Mountain Sierra Club members, physicians, faith community membersand environmental justice advocates have already signed up! If we don’t let the EPA know that we want the subtitle C option for the strongest federal standards to protect public health from toxic coal ash, then we can’t complain when accidents like the catastrophic coal ash spill in Kingston, Tennessee start happening in our neck of the woods.

RSVP here to reserve a seat at the speakers panel to learn more about the impact of coal ash on Western communities, and join us for the EPA's evening hearing starting at 6:30pm at the Hyatt.  You can also sign up to testify if you'd like, but that's not necessary. Your presence will speak volumes, so we hope you can make it!
