The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Ron Kirk is negotiating an expansive Free Trade Agreement among countries in the Pacific Rim. Yet it is being negotiated in complete secrecy.

Sign our petition calling on USTR Ron Kirk to publicly release all TPP proposals now!

The Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) proposed standards to limit air pollution from natural gas fracking are a big first step in protecting our health from the dangerous stew of pollution that fracked wells pour into our air. California's 328,000-acre Giant Sequoia National Monument is home to half of all the giant sequoia trees left in the world, serves as vital wildlife habitat, and is a source of enjoyment and recreation for thousands of visitors each year.

These majestic trees are threatened by climate change and poor management policies -- but thankfully they have some powerful Sierra Club activists like Joe Fontaine speaking up for their protection.
